I’ve always had a fear of kicking up into handstand – scared that my hands (never have two palms and ten fingers seemed so small!) wouldn’t hold me; that my arm bones would turn to dust and crumble beneath my weight.
A few weeks ago, I was approached by Lululemon to participate in their “25 Days of Yoga”: for each day in December, a yogi will be featured as a live window display, practicing yoga in the Newbury Street storefront.
Last weekend, my friends and I completed the Cohasset Triathlon: an hour and a half (give or take) race featuring an open-water swim, bike, and run.
This Monday morning, I taught my first class since the Boston Marathon bombing and subsequent events that rattled our city.
